Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. She was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began participating in fitness competitions when she was 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. In the year 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had to spend six years away from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card to complete college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her first show she competed throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. In 2009 she had won four fitness titles. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education following her Pro Card award. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she finished third. In summer 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by the result. Ariel was competing against the very best. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The exercises she uses to strengthen her back include bent-over rows that use single arm lat pull downs. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel is also very efficient in her work. How she does this is to superset the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
